Mintec was initially approached by InsuranceLine in 2000 to develop their corporate call centre software which provides an efficient interface to their client database. The success of this initial project has led to Mintec further developing their call centre and administration applications.

Over this time Mintec has established a solid relationship with InsuranceLine.
